You can place an order in our E-Store at any time. After we’ve received your order we’ll send you an e-mail to confirm all the details of your order.

Ordering
To place an order, simply click the Add to Cart button next to the product. Select the method of postage required, and then click on 'checkout'. Enter your details on the form and select your payment method. 
To be able to process your order we are storing your address and other details which are important for the order. We are committed to insure the protection of your personal details under the conditions of the data protection act. Furthermore we ensure you that we don't pass on your details to a third party.

Discounts
You get 5% discounts if you order two or more SlingoStyle Baby Slings. 

Payment
We currently accept payment by the following methods:
• Credit and Debit card payments online via HSBC (Visa, Mastercard)
Simply select your preferred method of payment on the product order form. 

Delivery
We send goods to all countries. We usually dispatch within two days of receiving your order. In the case of an item being out of stock we will part-deliver. The dispatch will be by parcel or normal mail. Standard shipping generally arrives within two or three weeks. 

Shipping coast
Postage is generally 9$ by regular post service. 
If you want to get the sling sooner we can send it by Express Mail. It will cost $17. 

Guarantee
We guarantee for the quality of our baby slings for one month. Our guarantee expires, if the products are not handled and maintained in an appropriate way and if care instructions are ignored.

Exchanges / Returns
If you ever receive goods which are damaged or faulty please write us an e-mail and we will try to help you. We will remove the fault or send an exchange.
